Refund policy

At Sneaker City, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that we do not provide returns or refunds. However, to ensure you are happy with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange policy within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange is accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased on sale/discounted offers.

  • Customized or limited-edition sneakers.

  • Gift cards and vouchers.

3. Exchange Process

  • Provide your order ID, product details, and the size/style you wish to exchange for.

  • Once approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup or guide you to ship the product back to our warehouse.

4. Exchange Confirmation

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your exchange request.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested product/size.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue store credit for future purchases.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos.

  • We will provide a free replacement as applicable.
