At Sneaker City, we aim to deliver your favorite sneakers quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 7–8 business days (depending on location).

  • Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs.1999 .

  • For orders below the minimum value or for COD (Cash on Delivery), standard shipping charges may apply.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your order status on our website or courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact number are provided at checkout.

  • Sneaker City will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or customer unavailability.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the package/product.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Sneaker City ships only within India. International delivery is not available at this time.
